Comments:

The sign is on the wall of the house where Levin Kipnis lived - a children’s writer and poet, born in Ushomyr, Ukraine (1890-1990), immigrated to Israel in 1913.
Wrote hundreds of stories and songs for children. Winner of the Israel Prize for Children’s Literature (1978).
In addition, he also founded a children’s theater which he managed for 25 years.
