The sign is on the wall of the house where he lived - Arieh El-Hanani - architect, and graphic artist, born in Poltava, Ukraine (1898-1985) named Leib Spozhnikov, immigrated to Israel in 1922 and then also changed his name.
The Levant Fair in Tel Aviv Port and the Ganei HaTaarucha (Exhibition Gardens) on Rokach Boulevard are two of his most prominent works.
