The sign is on the wall of the house where Avigdor Stematsky lived - painter, born in Odessa, Ukraine (1908-1989), immigrated to Israel in 1921.
One of the founders of the "New Horizons" artist movement. Winner of the Dizengoff Prize for the art of painting and sculpture (1941), and other prizes.
