בנק ברקליס, תוכנן ע"י אדר’ אלברט קליפורד הולידיי ופירס האברד ונבנה בשנת 1935-1937 כמבנה בנק ומשרדים בסגנון בינלאומי. בשנת 1963 נוספה לבניין קומה נוספת בתכנונו של האדריכל אוטו הופמן. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור העירונית 2650 ב. מבנה פינתי, מלבני, סימטרי ומונוליטי בעל כניסה מכובדת ומרשימה מרחוב אלנבי, מעליה ממוקם תבליט מקורי שפוסל ע"י פרנסס האברד. התבליט ידוע בכינוי "יוסף המשביר" על פי הסיפור המקראי בספר בראשית. קומת המסד מחופה באבן נסורה בהירה ומעניקה ייחודיות ופאר לקומת הקרקע
במסגרת שימור המבנה נוספו שתי קומות חדשות בשנת 2023 ע"י משרד ארכוד אדריכלים בע"מ.

The Barclays Bank building, designed by architects Albert Clifford Holliday and Pearce Hubbard was built in 1935-1937 as a bank and office building in the International Style. In 1963, another floor, designed by architect Otto Hoffmann was added to the building, which was declared for conservation by virtue of the conservation plan "City Hall 2650 b". Occupying a corner position, the rectangular, symmetrical and monolithic building presents a dignified and impressive entrance from Allenby Street Above it is an original relief sculpted by Frances Hubbard and known as "Joseph the Grain-Seller" based on a story in the book of Genesis. The plinth floor is covered with light sawn stone and imparts uniqueness and luxury to the ground floor. As part of the preservation of the building, two new floors were added in 2023 by Archod Architects Ltd.

خطط بنك باركليز المهندسان المعماريان ألبرت كليفورد هوليداي و پيرس هوبارد ويني عام ۱۹۳۵-۱۹۳۷ كمبنى بنك ومكاتب على الطراز الدولي. أضيف للبناء عام ١٩٦٣ طابق إضافي خططه المهندس المعماري أوتو هوفمان. أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم البرنامج البلدي للحفاظ على المباني ٢٦٥٠ ب هو مبنى في زاوية، مستطيل متماثل ومتجانس له مدخل راق ومثير للإعجاب من شارع اللنبي فوقه نقش بارز أصلي نحته فرنسيس هو بارد. النقش البارز معروف بلقب " يوسف البائع " نسبة للقصة التوراتية في سفر التكوين الطابق السفلي مغطى بالحجر الفاتح الذي تم نشره بحيث يمنح تميزاً وفخامة للطابق الأرضي أضيف طابقان جديدان في إطار صيانة المبنى عام ۲۰۲۳ من قبل مكتب اركود مهندسون معماريون م. ض.
