כאן, במרחביה, הוקמה חווה חקלאית שיתופית ראשונה בארץ ("הקואופרציה") על פי הצעתו של פרופי פרנץ אופנהיימר. שהתקבלה בקונגרס הציוני התשיעי בשנת 1909.
הקואופרציה התקיימה בין השנים 1918-1911 ומבני החצר נבנו על פי תכניתו של האדריכל אלכסנדר ברוואלד.
מאז שנת 1929 כשעלה למקום קיבוץ של "השומר הצעיר". משמשת החצר את תושבי הקיבוץ.

Here, in Merhavia, the first cooperative agricultural farm in Israel ("the cooperative") was established according to the proposal of Prof. Franz Oppenheimer. which was accepted at the Ninth Zionist Congress in 1909.
The cooperative existed between the years 1911-1918 and the courtyard buildings were built according to the plan of the architect Alexander Brewald.
Since 1929, when the kibbutz of "Hashomer Hatzair" was established here. The yard is used by the residents of the kibbutz.
