The statue in the King’s Garden (Kongens Have) was made by the English sculptor Thomas Brook in 1881
The sculpture, whose name in Danish is Kamp Med en Slange, depicts a struggle between a horse and its rider and a snake.

At the bottom of the statue is the plate (not shown in the photo) with the details of the statue and the sculptor
