Built by the 1950 initiative of several Hagana pre-statehood military organization veterans and the Histadrut workers union, the compound includes 12 houses with 47 apartments, near Beit Hakerem neighborhood. Surrounded by greenery, it has kept the unique calm atmosphere of past time.

Comments:
The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel

Translation of the text on the sign:
[The last line in the Hebrew text does not appear in the foreign text]
The origin of the name "Hariel" has not yet been resolved and apparently has no connection to the Harel division of the Palmach and not to "Ariel", the name of Jerusalem.
