The English Heritage Trust is a charity that cares for over 400 historical buildings, monuments and other places.

The sign is on the wall of the house where the Hungarian composer Bela Bartók (1881-1945) lived during the periods when he performed his works in London (Bartók visited London a large number of times mainly between the years 1922-1937)
