The sign is on the wall of the house where Georges Fully (1926-1973) lived, who was a member of the French resistance movement during the Nazi occupation, was sent to the Dachau camp and managed to survive. He was a doctor and was responsible for the medical services in the prisons. On June 20, 1973, he received a package at his home that was personally addressed to him. When he opened it, the package exploded and he was killed.
