The English Heritage Trust is a charity that cares for over 400 historical buildings, monuments and other places.

The sign, placed in 1996, is on the Venezuelan consulate building, and indicates the house where the native of Venezuela Andrés Bello lived, whose literary and political works are an important part of the culture in Latin America.
