LAURINSKÁ BRÁNA
Bránu mestského opevnenia s vežou a predbráním postavili na tomto mieste v 13. storočí. Zbúrali ju v roku 1778.
The municipal fortification gate with tower and foregate was built on this place in the 13th century. It was pulled down in 1778.
Laurinc Gate, is a gate that existed in the Middle Ages in the old city of Bratislava. The gate, built in the 13th century AD, was destroyed along with the city wall by order of the Archduchess of Austria Maria Theresa, this is because the wall prevented the expansion of the city.
Today, a hanging gate, similar to the original gate, hangs in the place where the plaque is.
