The Seven Dials Trust is a body that takes care of preserving the historical character of the Seven Dials area, an area founded in 1690 and named after 7 streets located in the Covent Garden area. (The symbol of the association also appears on street signs in the same area Click for sign's details

The sign is located where there used to be a center for selling horses and carts. The last horse was sold in this place in 1926. Starting in 1907, the place was also used to sell cars.
