Chinese Privet

Natural range: China, Korea, Japan

Fifty privet species (including this one) grow wild in Asia, and one in Europe. Green year round, this tree grows tiny, white, early-summer flowers. These produce large, dense, heavily hanging clusters of blue-black berries.
