The sign is on the wall of the building where Ben Zion Orgad lived - composer, born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany (1926-2006), immigrated to Israel in 1932.
He studied music at the Music Academy in Jerusalem.
He composed more than 90 works, most of them in the field of classical music.
Winner of the Israel Music Prize (1997), and the Engel Prize (1960).
