Comments:
The sign commemorates one of the victims of the terrorist attack that took place on London Bridge and Borough Market in 2017. An attack carried out by the Islamic State organization (ISIS) in which 8 people were killed and 40 injured after terrorists ran over pedestrians on London Bridge, and then continued to stab civilians in Borough Market
