בית משפחת סורקין הוקם באמצע שנות העשרים של המאה העשרים למבנה חד קומתי עם גג רעפים עבור המשפחה. הרחבתו תוכננה ע"י האדריכלים יוסף כשדן ואלישע שמשוני בשנת 1934 כמבנה המשלב קומת קרקע מסחרית ושתי קומות מגורים מעל, בסגנון בינלאומי. המבנה הוכרו לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור של העיר תל אביב-יפו (תכנית 2650בי) וממוקם באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסק"ו. בית סורקין מתאפיין בסגנון הבניה הבינלאומי שפרח בשנות ה-30, סגנון זה בא לידי ביטוי בתכנון חזית מינימליסטית ופונקציונלית הכוללת הדגשות של קווים ומשטחים אופקיים ואנכיים. המבנה מהווה חלק מרקמה היסטורית לשימור המשלבת מבנים בעלי קומת קרקע מסחרית וקומות מגורים מעל ומעידה על התפתחותו האורבנית של הרחוב מהקמת שכונת נחלת בנימין ועד הפיכתו לרחוב מסחרי מרכזי בעיר. המבנה עבר הליך של שימור ותוספת של שתי קומות ואגף אחורי בשנת 2021 ע"י משרד נאור מימר אדריכלות ושימור בע"מ, יזם הפרויקט: מילנר גיל.

The Sorkin family home was built in the mid-1920s as a one-storey structure with a tiled roof. In 1934, architects Yosef Kashdan and Elisha Shimshoni expanded and redesigned it in the International Style by combining a commercial ground floor and two residential floors above. Sorkin House is characterized by the International building Style that flourished in the 1930s, this style is reflected in the design of a minimalist and functional façade that includes emphases of horizontal and vertical lines and surfaces. The building was declared for conservation under the Tel Aviv-Yafo Conservation Plan (Plan 2650B) and is located in the UNESCO Declaration buffer zone. The building is part of a historic network for preservation that combines buildings with a commercial ground floor and residential floors above and attests to the urban development of the street from the establishment of the Nahalat Binyamin neighborhood to its transformation into a major commercial street in the city. The building underwent a process of preservation and the addition of two floors and a rear wing in 2021 by Naor Mimar Architecture and Preservation Ltd. Project developer: Milner Gil

أقيم بيت عائلة سركين في أواسط سلوات العشرينيات من القرن العشرين كمبني مكون من طابق واحد مع سقف من القرميد لكي تسكنه العاقلة. خطط توسيعه المهندسان المعماريان يوسف کشدان واليشاع شمشوني علم ١٩٣٤، کمپنی بدمج طابقاً أرضيا تجاريا وطابقين سكنيين فوقه على الطراز الدولي أعلن عن المبني للحفاظ عليه يحكم برنامج الصيانة والحفاظ على مدينة تل أبيب باقا (برنامج ٢٦٥٠ب) ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان اليونسكو. يتميز بيت سركين بطراز البناء الدولي الذي ازدهر في سنوات الثلاثينيات. يتعكس هذا الطراز بتخطيط واجهة صغرى وعملية تشمل التركيز على خطوط ومساحات أفقية وعامودية. يشكل المبنى قسما من نسيج تاريخي للحفاظ على المباني والذي يدمج مباقي ذات طابق تجاري أرضي وطوابق سكنية فوقها، ويشهد على التطور الحضري للشارع منذ إقامة في نحلات بنيامين حتى تحوله إلى شارع تجاري مركزي في المدينة. من المبني بعملية صيانة وإضافة طابقين وقسم خلفي عام ۲۰۲۱ من قبل مكتب نازور میمار هندسة معمارية وصيانة المباني مرض مبادر المشروع: ميلنر غيل
