The sign is on the wall of the house where Friedel Stern lived - cartoonist and journalist, born in Leipzig, Germany (1917-2006), immigrated to Israel in 1936.
The cartoons she created appeared in the newspapers "Davar" and "LaHisha". In addition, she wrote articles about everyday life. Stern was also a graphic designer, and among other things she designed several Israeli stamps.
Won the Dosh Award for cartooning (2004)

It seems that there was a mistake in the year of birth, the correct year is 1917
