The sign is placed at the birthplace of the painter Moritz von Schwind - Austrian painter, born in Vienna, Austria (1871-1804). who is known to have been responsible for the design of the palace of Ludwig I, King of Bavaria.
The building itself was built in 1718 and above the entrance gate you can see a relief of Madonna.
