The power of territory

Els Forns Cultural Center
Trade was very active in Cabrera County and was reflected in the markets. Its maximum expression was in the roads that connected the settlements and urban centers, as well as in the good sea routes.

The Els Forns building has housed the Breda Cultural and Tourism Information Center since 2003, which contains an exhibition on the Breda pottery production process. This is one of the few surviving examples in the village of buildings that were formerly used for pottery production. Particularly notable are the two Moorish kilns within them, an architectural heritage that showcases the tradition of artificial pottery and its marketing, which have survived to this day.
