Sequence of settlements
Why here? Because the establishment of Pardes Hanna (1929) creates a sequence of settlements between Hadera and Zichron Yaacov and Binyamina. There are other beginnings in the area: Karkur (construction begins in 1920) and Binyamina (1921) and also Tel Alon (1928). Yekkes (German Jews) establish Meged (1935) and fill Tel Shalom (1937), Pika workers establish Tel Zvi (1932) and after that the neighborhood is established for immigrants from Yemen (1945).
