The sign is on the wall of the house where Pinchas Abramowitz lived - painter, born in Mazaik, Lithuania (1909-1986), immigrated to Israel in 1929. He was one of the founders of the "New Horizons" artist group, and honorary president of the Society of Painters and Sculptors. Won the Dizengoff Prize for the art of painting and sculpture (1968) and other prizes. The sign is in the area where there was an attempt to establish an artist colony north of the Yarkon River.
