The clinic
In 1924, the Shivat Zion clinic was opened on this site, which was a branch of a Amamit health fund founded by Hadassah. The clinic provided medical services to the residents of "Shivat-Zion", "Neve-Zion" and the surrounding area. The attending physician was Dr. Yitzhak Sussmanovich and the nurse, Aliza Huberman, assisted him and treated mainly eye diseases in children. There was also a "Tipat Halav" (Clinics for infant care) station there. In 1939, the kindergarten moved here.
