בית דיוויס, תוכנן בתחילת שנות העשרים, על ידי מתכנן לא ידוע, לשימוש מסחר ומגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו. בית דיוויס מתאפיין בסגנון האקלקטי הטיפוסי לאדריכלות בת"א בשנות ה-20 וה-30. בעל חזית מהודרת עם שני ארקאים מובלטים, עיטורי טיח קרינזים מגוונים ועמודים קלאסיים מעטרים את הכניסה. בקירות המבנה התגלו ציורי קיר מקוריים ומגוונים בטכניקת הסטנסיל. במקום חדר מדרגות ומסדרונות פתוחים לחצר פנימית מרווחת. בית דיוויס במדרחוב נחלת בנימין, מצוי בציר היסטורי המייצג את ראשית ההתיישבות בתל אביב וההתפתחות האורבנית בשנות השלושים. החזית הראשית של המבנה בנויה בקו אפס לרחוב, באופן טיפוסי לרחוב זה.
תכנון וליווי שימור המבנה בוצע על ידי משרד נאור מימר אדריכלות ושימור בע"מ.

Davis House was designed in the Eclectic Style for commercial and residential use, by an unknown designer in the early 1920s. The building is located in zone designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Davis House is characterized by the Eclectic Style of architecture typical in Aviv in the 1920s and 1930s. The elegant facade displays two embossed arches, stucco reliefs, Corinthian decorations, a variety of cornices and classic columns adorning the entrance. A number of original and varied wall paintings using the stencil technique were discovered and some were reconstructed. The staircase and corridors lead to a spacious inner courtyard. The Davis House on the Nahalat Binyamin pedestrian mall is located on a historic axis that represents the beginning of the settlement in Tel Aviv and the urban development of the 1930s. The main façade of the building is on a zero-line typical on this street. Planning and overseeing of the preservation was carried out by the office of Naor Mimar, Architecture and Conservation Ltd.

قلم بتخطيط بيت بيليس مخطط غير معروف ونلك في أوائل سنوات العشرينات للاستعمال التجاري وللسكن . اعلن عن المبنى للصيقة بحكم برناع صيتة المبتي ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو يتميز بيت دينيس بالطراز الأكلكتي النسونجي للهندسة المعمارية في تل أبيب في الطرينات والثلاثينات للمبنى واجهة مزخرفة مع شرفتين معلقتين بارزتين ، زخرفات القصارة ، كورنيزات منوعة واعمدة كلاسيكية تزين المدخل اكتشفت في جدران الميني رسومات اصلية ومنوعة على الجدران بتقنية الأسنخ اسثحدث قسم منها . يوجد في المبنى غرفة برج و اروقة مفتوحة نحو سلحة داخلية واسعة يتواجد بيت ليفيس في الشارع المرصوف نحلات بنيامين في المحور التاريخي الذي يمثل بداية السكن في تل ابيب والتطور البلدي في سنوات الثلاثينات . واجهة المبنى الرئيسية مبنية بمستوى خط الشارع ، بشكل نسونجي لهذا الشارع تم تخطيط ومرافقة صيحة المبنى من قبل مكتب نازور ميمر للهندسة المعمارية والصيانة مض ۔
