A memorial to Eleanor Roosevelt, the wife of US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and a human rights activist in her own right, and one of the drafters of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

On the sign in front of the monument is a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt’s remarks on human rights.
