Translation of the text on the sign:

The "Slick" in the cemetery
This is one of the slicks in Binyamina that was used by the Haganah to hide illegal weapons from 1936, and was operated by a team of "slickers": Yosef Lior (Pepi Lederer), Bezalel Levy, Aharon Cohen and Meir Pollak.
The slick, prepared by Joshua Midem and buried in the cemetery area in 1936, contained about 15 rifles of various types.
In 1947, the rifles were taken out by Reuven Or, Gideon HaCohen, Meir Cohen and David Molcho and handed over to the Jewish security forces.
After 50 years - on May 11, 1997 - at the initiative of the Binyamina Preservation and Restoration Association, the slick was located and exposed.
