"Galia" is an innovative strain of melon nurtured by Dr. Zvi Karchi at the Neve Yaar-Volcani Research Center.
Typical "Galia" still occupy a large share of the global melons market and are synonymous with quality.

ADMONIT rd.
The peony is a "royal flower" that blooms in cold regions. The Department of Flowers of the Volcani Center has developed growing and cooling methods, which allow growing during the weak seasons in the market.
This is the highest yielding Israeli flower in Europe.

The "Or" is a variety of tangerine, developed by Dr. Aliza Vardi at the Volcani Center. The variety was ranked first as an outstanding taste test in the world and managed to bring back to Israel important advantages in the global citrus market.

BARNEA rd

The "Barnea" olive variety was developed at the Volcani Center by Prof. Shimon Lavi. It is the first variety in the world developed for a modern and industrial farm. The variety excels in extremely high fruit and oil yields and is suitable for mechanical harvesting.
Today "Barnea" is known in the world as the best modern oil variety.
