הבאר נחפרה בימי הבעלים זלמן מינקוב בשנת 1904,
ממימיה הושקה הפרדס. הבאר נחשפה מחדש בשנת 2002.

בית הבאר שוחזר בתרומת משפחות טולקובסקי ופינגולד.

Well House
The well was excavated during the days of owner Zalman Minkov in 1904,
The well water irrigated the orchard. The well was re-exposed in 2002.

The well house was restored with the donation of the Tolkowsky and Finegold families.
