דיזנגוף 10 | ديزنجوف ١٠ | Dizengoff 10

המבנה תוכנן בשנת 1936 על ידי האדריכלים דב כרמי ושותפו צבי ברק כמבנה מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תכנית השימור והוא חלק מהעיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב-2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. המבנה פינתי עם רחוב יוסף אליהו, מרחף מעל קומת עמודים ומנותק מהרחוב על ידי תעלה העוטפת את הבנין. הכניסה לבנין באמצעות גשר בנוי מורם מהרחוב יוצרת מעבר טקסי בין הציבורי לפרטי, האופייני לבניניו של ד. כרמי.

The building was designed in 1936 by architects Dov Karmi and his partner Zvi Barak as an International Style residential building. It was declared as part of the White City World Heritage Site under strict conservation restrictions as proclaimed by UNESCO in 2003. Erected on the corner of Joseph Eliyahu Street, it is perched over a piloti floor and is cut off from the street by a canal surrounding the building. Entering the building through a raised bridge from the street creates a ceremonial crossing, typical of Dov Karmi’s buildings.

خطط المهندسان المعماريان دول كارمي وشريكه تسفي براك المبنى عام ١٩٣٦ كمبنى سكني على الطراز الدولي . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة تحت قيود صارمة بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها وهو قسم من المدينة البيضاء التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو عام ٢٠٠٣ موقع تراث عالمي . يقع المبنى في الزاوية مع شارع يوسف إلياهو ، يعلو فوق طابق أعمدة وهو منفصل عن الشارع بواسطة قناة بمحيط المينی . مدخل المبنى بواسطة جسر مبني ومرتفع عن الشارع يجعل دخوله كالمراسم من العام إلى الخاص ، وهو مميز لمباني د . كارمي .
