בית סמולניק
בית ראשונים שהוקם בשנת תרנ"ו (1896) במסגרת הבניה - הראשונה בחדרה, מאפיין בסיגנונו הפשוט והצנוע את רוב בתי הראשונים. הבית שימש למגורי משפחת סמולניק שהגיעו בשנת תרנ"א לחדרה.
עקב הקדחת וקשיי הקיום נמסר אחד משני החדרים למשפחות חדשות שהגיעו לחדרה בראשית המאה.
בין היתר גדלו בבית זה שניים מבני המושבה שהיו פעילים בקהילה והפכו למפקד ב"הגנה", ע. כוכבי וא. אורן שתרמו רבות יחד עם עוד מתנדבים להקמת כוח ה"הגנה" בחדרה.

Smolnik House
The Rishonim(founders) House, built in 1896 as part of the construction - the first in Hadera, characterizes most of the Rishonim houses in its simple and modest style.
The house was used as a residence for the Smolnik family who came to Hadera in 1891.
Due to the fever and the difficulties of subsistence, one of the two rooms was given to new families who came to Hadera at the beginning of the century.
Among other things, two members of the colony who were active in the community grew up in this house and became commanders of the Haganah, A. Kochavi and A. Oren who contributed a lot together with other volunteers to establish the "Haganah" force in Hadera.
