الجمعية الخيرية الأرثوذكسية - يافا كنيسة القديس جوارجيوس ( الخضر ) الارثوذكسية - يافا
شيدت هذه الكنيسة من قبل أبناء الطائفة العربية الأرثوذكسية بيافا سنة 1871 م على ارض مقبرة الطائفة فوق أثار الكنيسة القديمة وذلك امتدادا للنهضة الأرثوذكسية والذي من خلالها إنشاء المؤسسات العلمانية للطائفة لتمثيلها وإدارة أمورها بشتى المجالات . من أبناء الطائفة لإدارة الكنيسة والحفاظ عليها وصيانتها حتی تأسست الجمعية الأرثوذكسية عام 1879 م وأصبحت هي المتولية الوحيدة على حيازة وإدارة الكنيسة بأكملها حتى يومنا هذا .

St. George Church ’Al-Khader’ Jaffa
St. George Church (Al-Khader) was built by the Arab Orthodox Community in Jaffa in 1871.
It was built on the community’s cemetery land, above the remnants of the old church. In the light of the era of the great awakening of the Arab community in Palestine, institutions were founded by laymen of the community, in order to represent and manage all the community’s affairs.
Accordingly, trustees were appointed on behalf of the community in order to administer the church and its maintenance.
Once The Orthodox Philanthropic Society (OPS) was established in 1879, it became the exclusive owner of the church, responsible for all its affairs, up to this day.

כנסיית סנט ג’יורג’יוס האורתודוקסית (אלח’דר) יפו
כנסייה זו נבנתה על ידי בני הקהילה הערבית האורתודוקסית ביפו בשנת 1871 על אדמת בית הקברות של העדה מעל שרידי הכנסייה הישנה, וזאת כהמשכיות לעידן ההתעוררות של בני העדה הערבית שהוביל ליסוד המוסדות החילוניים של עדה במטרה לייצוגה ולניהול ענייניה בכל התחומים.
מונו נאמנים מבני העדה לניהול הכנסייה ואחזקתה.עם יסודה של האגודה האורתודוקסית לצדקה בשנת 1879 הועברה החזקה והניהול הבלעדי לידי האגודה עד עצם היום הזה.
