The British Weighing Station

משטח המשקל שלפניך נבנה כחלק מעבודות הנמל הבריטי, בכדי לשקול משאיות נכנסות ויוצאות משטח הנמל. משאיות התקופה לא עלו על משקל 15,000 ק"ג, המסומן על משטחי המשקל הבנוי מברזל יצוק. הרעיון לצורת אריחי הריצוף של הנמל המשוקם, לקוחים מצורת המעויינים של משטח המשקל.

مبنى الميزان البريطان
تنيت مساحة الميزان التي أمامك كجزء من أعمال الميناء البريطانى ، لوزن الشاحنات الداخلة والخارجة من منطقة الميناء . لم يزد وزن شاحنات تلك كغم ، المشار إليه على أسطح الميزان المبنى من 15,000 الفترة عن الحديد المصبوب . الفكرة من وراء شكل البلاط المرصوف في الميناء الذي أعيد ترميمه ، مأخوذة من شكل المعينات من على سطح الميزان

The British built this weighing platform as part of the port construction project. It was used to weigh trucks on their way into and out of the port. At the time of construction, trucks weighed a maximum of 15,000 kg, the amount marked on the cast iron platform. The diamond shape of the weighing station inspired the design of the flagstones in the renewed port.
