וילה לאה (בית אבקריוס)
הבית הזה נבנה בשנת 1934 כבית מגורים פרטי ומפואר עבור עורך הדין ד"ר נסיב אבקריוס ביי על ידי האדריכלים דן ורפאל בן דור. הבניין עוצב בסגנון הבינלאומי ונקרא וילה לאה, על שם לאה טננבוים, אשתו של עורך הדין.
במהלך השנים התגוררו בבית הזה אליעזר קפלן (שר האוצר הראשון), חיים הרצוג (הנשיא השישי), ד"ר יוסף בורג (חבר כנסת ושר בממשלות ישראל), משה דיין (חבר כנסת ושר בממשלות ישראל), דוד הגואל (מפקד ירושלים) ועוד.

Villa Lea (Abcarius House)
"Villa Lea" was built in 1934 as a private residence for Dr. Nasib Abcarius Bey, a Jerusalem lawyer. Designed in the International Style by architects Dan and Raphael Ben Dor. Abcarius named the residence after his wife, Lea Tenenbaum.
Over the years, the villa has been home to many important figures.

The sign shape is square but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel
