רוטשילד 8 | روتشيلد ٨ | Rothschild 8

המבנה תוכנן בשנת 1935 עבור פנחס מורדכיוף על ידי האדריכלים יוסף כשדן ואלישע שמשוני בסגנון הבינלאומי. זהו בניין משרדים מעל קומה מסחרית, אשר עיצובו מתאפיין בקווים אופקיים המודגשים על ידי עיבוי טיח בין הקומות, ומרפסת בעלת מעקה מחורץ. הקורה האופקית המלווה את הקומה השלישית, נקטעת במוטיב אנכי על ידי קורות התוחמות את פינות המבנה. החזית הפונה לרחוב הרצל היא חלק מ"בלוק" עירוני הכולל שלושה בניינים ויוצר רצף של חזית אחידה ומודרנית לשד’ רוטשילד, רח’ הרצל ורח’ לילינבלום. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2650ב’, ובמסגרת עבודות השימור נוספה קומת גג ואגף בעיצוב עכשווי הכולל קיר מסך מזכוכית בחזית אחורית.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2000 ע"י אדריכל חגי תמיר ומשפחת יבור.

The building was designed in 1935 for Pinchas Mordechioff by architects Joseph Kashdan and Elisha Shimshoni International Style. It is an office building above a commercial floor, with a design characterized by horizontal lines emphasized by thickening of plaster between the floors, and a porch with a grooved railing. The horizontal beam that accompanies the third floor is interrupted by a vertical motif by beams defining the corners of the structure. The facade facing Herzl Street is part of urban "block" that includes three buildings and creates a continuum of a uniform and modern façade for Rothschild, Herzl and Lilienblum Streets. The building was declared for preservation under the Conservation Plan 2650 B, and as part of the conservation work, a roof floor and a wing in a contemporary design including a glass screen wall on the rear facade was added.
The building was preserved in 2000 by architect Hagai Tamir and the Javor family.

على الطراز الدولي . إنه مبنى مكاتب فوق طابق خطط المهندسان المعماريان يوسف كشدان واليشع شمشوني المبني عام ١٩٣٥ من أجل بنحاس موريخيوف تجاري ، يتميز تصميمه بخطوط افقية بارزة بواسطة سمك القصارة بين الطوابق ، وشرفة ذات درابزين مع فتحات السقف الأفقي الذي يرافق الطابق الثالث ، يقطعه عنصر عامودي بواسطة أسقف تحدد زوايا المبنى . الواجهة نحو شارع هرتسل هي قسم من " كتلة " بلدية تشمل ثلاثة مبان وتشكل تسلسلاً لواجهة موحدة وعصرية لجادة روتشيلد ، شارع هرتسل وشارع ليلينبلوم . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها ٢٦٥٠ ب ، وفي إطار اعمال الصيانة اضيف طابق السطح وقسم إضافي بتصميم عصري يشمل جدار شاشة زجاجية في الواجهة الخلفية
قام المهندس المعماري حجاي تمير وعائلة يثور بصيانة المبنى عام ٢٠٠٠
