The sign is on the wall of the house where Menachem Golan lived - film producer and screenwriter, born in Tiberias, Israel (1929-2014).
The pioneer of the Israeli film industry produced and directed many films, some of which were nominated for Oscars.
Winner of the Israel Cinema Award (1999), the Ophir Award for Lifetime Achievement (1994) and many other awards.
