born in Mykolaiv, Ukraine (1896-1961), immigrated to Israel in 1923 after several previous failed attempts. After engineering work at the Jewish Agency, he went to study water engineering in Cannes, France. Was the chief engineer of the Jewish Agency. As part of his work he designed a large part of the National Water Carrier of Israel. He was also one of the founders of "Tower and Stockade" between the years 1936-1939. Sokolinski also designed a number of buildings, mainly in the city of Tel Aviv. His original name: Monia Sokolinsky, and in Hebrew Haim Ramach.
