An architect who designed mainly public buildings. Among them "Beit Hana" in Tel Aviv and the Kibbutz Artzi Headquarters .
Killed in an attack in Kibbutz Ramat Rachel, while participating in an archaeological tour.

The commemorative plaque is in the building he built in Tel Aviv, where his sister, the children’s writer Anda Amir, also lived
