The sign is on the wall of the building where he lived - Shalom Ronli-Riklis, musician and conductor, born in Tel Aviv, Israel (1922-1994).
He mainly played in the forest horn. He was the conductor of the IDF Orchestra, and later headed the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, and the deputy conductor of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
He also helped establish the Singapore Orchestra.

Error The year of his death indicated on the sign is incorrect, and should be 1994.

The singer Tzila Dagan also lived in the same building, as can be seen on the sign that was placed in 2023
