The sign is on the wall of the building where he lived - Shalom Ronli-Riklis, musician and conductor, born in Tel Aviv, Israel (1922-1994). He mainly played in the forest horn. He was the conductor of the IDF Orchestra, and later headed the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, and the deputy conductor of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. He also helped establish the Singapore Orchestra.
