The sign is on the wall of the house where Moshe Castel lived - painter, born in Jerusalem, Israel (1909-1991)
Studied art in Israel and France. One of the founders of the "New Horizons" group. Won the Dizengoff Prize for the art of painting and sculpture (1938, 1941).
Most of his life he lived in Safed, but in the last years of his life he moved to Tel Aviv.
