BUILT IN 1831-32 BY JOSEPH BREWSTER AS A ROW HOUSE PURCHASED IN 1835 BY SEABURY TREDWELL, A MERCHANT, AND OCCUPIED BY HIS FAMILY UNTIL 1933.
