The sign is in the house where they lived: Yechiel Mohar (Mar), born in Tarnów, Poland (1921-1969). Immigrated to Israel in 1938. Yechiel Mohar composed songs and hymns, many of them for the Nahal band, some of which are known as "Ya Mishlati", "Mol Har Sinai", "Twelve Tones" and many others. Yechiel Mohar moved to Tel Aviv in 1946 and has lived in this house ever since
Eli Mohar, born in Tel Aviv, Israel (1948-2006) An Israeli journalist and songwriter, the son of Yechiel Mohar. He has a regular column in the "Hair" newspaper and has also published columns in the "Davar" newspaper. Wrote many songs, and collaborated with many artists including Arik Einstein, Gidi Gov, and more. Eli Mohar was born in this house and there his childhood years passed.
