Comments:
The sign is on the wall of the house where the surgeon (FRCS - Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons) Henry Tonks (1862-1937) lived, who was better known as a painter and was even a Slade Professor (the title of Professor of Art at the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge and University College London where he taught)
