The sign belongs to the series of signs depicting outdoor sculptures throughout the city of Tel Aviv - Jaffa.
The statue located in the community center in Neve Sharet was made on the occasion of the 1990s celebrations for the founding of the city of Tel Aviv (1909). The concrete reliefs depicting places and events in the history of the city of Tel Aviv were made by the residents and children of the neighborhood.
