The sign belongs to the series of signs depicting outdoor sculptures throughout the city of Tel Aviv - Jaffa.

The statue created in 2002 and donated by the city of Frankfurt in 2009 for its 100th anniversary of the founding of the city of Tel Aviv (1909). Frankfurt and Tel Aviv are twin cities, and it is symbolic that the statue is in the yard of the "Frankfurt House" which is also the contribution of the city of Frankfurt to Tel Aviv Click for a larger image.
