Comments:
The statue made by François Cogné in 1932 is dedicated to Georges Clemenceau (1841-1929) who was twice Prime Minister of France, led his country in World War I, and among the drafters of the Treaty of Versailles (the peace treaty between Germany and the Allies at the end of World War I) . Considered one of the greatest statesmen of France.
