The sign is on the wall of the house where the writer and publisher S. Ben-Zion (1870-1932)
Born in Telenești, Moldova named Simcha Alter Gutman, immigrated to Israel in 1905.
He was among the 66 families that founded "Ahuzat-Bait" (Tel Aviv). Edited and established several newspapers, book publishers, and also wrote several books.
