שלום עליכם 18 | أشالوم عليخيم ۱۸ | Shalom Aleichem 18

בית קלקא ופרושניידר תוכנן בשנת 1935 ע"י האדריכל זאב הלר בסגנון האדריכלות המודרנית - הסגנון הבינלאומי ושימש כבניין מגורים. המבנה הוכרז כמבנה לשימור מתוקף תוכנית לב העיר וממוקם באזור החיץ של הכרזת אונסק"ו. המבנה הוא א-סימטרי עם אגף קדמי ואגף אחורי בעלי מרפסות שונות בצורתן אך אופייניות לאדריכלות התקופה. במפגש האגפים ממוקם חדר המדרגות המואר באמצעות חלון טרמומטר אנכי.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2016-2017 ע"י אדריכל שימור, חגי תמיר, עבודות הבניה והשימור נעשו ע"י בן שלום יהושע - חברה קבלנית.

The Kalka and Prussnider Building was designed by architect Ze’ev Heller Modern - International Style of architecture and served as a residential building. It was declared for preservation under the Lev Ha’ir plan and is located in the buffer zone of the UNESCO declaration. The building is asymmetrical with a front wing and a back wing with balconies of various shapes in the architecture
of the period. At the junction of the wings is a lighted staircase with a vertical thermometer window. Construction and preservation work was done by conservation architect Hagai Tamir in the years 2016-2017. The building was preserved by the Ben Shalom Joshua contracting company.

خطط المهندس المعماري زنيف هيلير مبنى قلقا وبروشنايدر عام ۱۹۳٥ على طراز الهندسة المعمارية الحديثة - الطراز الدولي ، واستخدم كمبنى سكني اعلن عن العيني للصيقة بحكم برنامج قلب المدينة ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة لإعلان اليونسكو . المبنى غير متماثل نو قسم امامي وقسم خلفي لهما شرفات مختلفة من حيث الشكل ولكنها تميّز الهندسة المعمارية لتلك الفترة . تقع عند ملتقى القسمين غرفة الدرج القضاءة بواسطة نافذة عمودية حافظة للحرارة
تفنت أشغال الصيانة عام ۲۰۱٦ - ۲۰۱۷ من قبل مهندس معماري الصيانة حجاي تمير ، ويُفنت اشغال البناء والصيفة من قبل بن شالوم يهشواع - شركة مقاولات .
