The sign belongs to the series of signs depicting outdoor sculptures throughout the city of Tel Aviv - Jaffa.
The sculpture refers to Amos Kenans childhood environment, and his definition of "Israeli sculpture". The original statue was a 50 cm high bronze work made in 1991. In 2022, the current 3 meter high statue was placed.
