A sign in the series of signs in Madrid, made of clay and depicting in an illustration one of the elements of the street

Legend has it that on the street was the house of the Castellanos family, and there was a virgin named Buenavista. The painting on the sign describes a case in which a Moor (Muslim) tried to steal a picture, but one of the family members shot him with a bow, thus preventing the theft.

The sign was painted by Alfredo Ruiz de Luna Gonzalez
