The Immanuel Steller House was built initially as a one-story home. At the beginning of the 20th century, a second floor was added as were railings and window frames made from pre-fabricated concrete manufactured by the Wieland factory in Jaffa. After the establishment of the state, the government office for injured war veterans and war victims operated here. This is the first building in Sarona to have undergone preservation work in 2002-2003.
