The sign is on the wall of the house where the sculptor and painter Siona Shimshi (1939-2018) lived.
Born in Tel Aviv, Israel.
An Israeli artist who worked in many fields of art including: sculpture, painting and design

and her husband Yachin Hirsch lived - cinematographer and documentary film director, born in Tel Aviv, Israel (1934-2011)
He was the chief cameraman of 6 feature films, directed about 30 documentaries, and also recorded personalities and events in still photographs.

The sign replaced an older sign in which only Jachin Hirsch appeared and it says:
